Cancel a subscription

You can cancel anytime without emailing us. Request a secure cancellation link at sermoapp.com/unsubscribe.html. We email a confirmation link to the purchase address, and nothing is canceled until you confirm.

Set up after purchase

After buying Sermo, the manager receives a private setup link by text. If you need it resent or need to change the manager, contact [email protected].

Safety

If someone sends unwanted messages, contact support with their Sermo ID and a short description of the issue.
